We’ve had some new classes announced at Paradise Quilting, as well as some additional updates we are excited to share with you!
Name: Mitered Corner Class
Description: Learning how to add mitered corners. For this class we are going to use a panel and add a border using the mitered corner method.
Supplies: Panel of your choice. Fabric for your border. Depending on the width of your border, you will need to add that to each end of your border length. Example, if you want a 7” border you will need to add 14” to each border length.

Name: Charming Star table runner
Description: This table runner is by Jordan Fabrics. It is a two-part class including a four-block pattern and borders. A follow up class will be offered to add the binding.

Name: Charming Star table runner binding only
Description: This table runner is by Jordan Fabrics. It is a follow up class to add the binding to your completed table runner.

Name: A Place for Everything
Description: This spacious organizer stores and carries tools and supplies, providing visibility and easy access to all. The bag features handles and an adjustable/detachable carrying strap along with two removable pocket pages with mesh or vinyl pockets in a variety of styles. Abundant pockets in a variety of styles are the key to ensuring that there is a place for everything and that everything is in its place! The case measures about 10″H x 14″ W x 5½”D when closed with removable pages measuring 13″H x 20″W.

Pillows and pillow cases were a HUGE success, more that we had anticipated, and will be on going until further notice.
Thanks to all of you we passed them on to the following organizations:
- Liberty House in Manchester, NH
- Crisis Center of Central NH in Concord, NH
- NH Veteran’s Home in Tilton, NH
- Presidential Oaks in Concord, NH (65 women and 20 men)
The Veteran’s home has a reserve and is complete for now. We will continue to pass them on to the Liberty House and the Crisis center, both of these organizations support men, women and children. We have just added Presidential Oaks, with their request.
We use the burrito method but any pattern will do for a standard pillow case.
The Pin Cushion swap is full, we will post an update when the swap happens! If there is enough interest we will do another one on a different date, don’t hesitate to let us know if you are interested.
We are also participating in the 2021 Spring into Summer Shop Hop April 7-10, passports are still available and it’s a great way to see what’s available at your local participating shops!
