Here are some updates for the month of December.
Easy Does in Bag:
Description: Keep all your essentials secure and carry them with you wherever you go with the help of Annie’s Easy Does It Bag Pattern. This handy zippered bag has attached handles and is large enough to store makeup, toiletries, notions, and more. The finished size of the Easy Does It Bag Pattern measures 6″ high by 9″ wide by 4-1/4″ deep. Each pattern is printed in full color on glossy letter stock and includes directions and recommended materials.
Supplies: Please call the shop and get your supply list, must be purchased separately. You must also bring in your own machine.
Date: Saturday, January 14, 2023 (10-2pm)
Price: $30.00, including pattern.
Ultimate Travel Bag 2.0
Description: The perfect travel companion, this functional bag includes a comfortable padded adjustable carrying strap and quick-grab side handles, as well as a handy trolley sleeve on the back to secure the bag to rolling luggage. Zippered and slip pockets on the front, back, and ends plus a full-height zippered pocket and three more slip pockets inside will keep everything organized and close at hand. Measures: 13 3/4″ x 14 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ (at top) and 13 3/4″” x 18 1/2″ x 8″ (at bottom). Designed by Annie.

Stack-n-Whack:
Description: STACK-n-WHACK quilt pattern using the 15-degree acrylic Wedge FAN RULER. This is a three-session class.
Supplies: Please call the shop to get your required supply list. You must also bring in your own machine.

Basic Quilting 101:
This is a basic class to know how to quilt. Come with questions, the content is flexible.
Supplies: You must also bring in your own machine.
Date: Saturday, January 21, 2023 (10-2pm)
Price: $25.00 Call the shop to pre-register and pay for your class to reserve your spot.
Paradise Woolies Class:
Description: Bring in your own project or purchase one here and learn some new techniques.
Supplies: Please call the shop to pre-register and get your supply list
Dates: Sunday, January 15, 2023 (10-2pm)
Price: $25.00 per class plus supplies
We have brought in a few bolts of wool by the yard with more coming in.
Featherweight Club:
Our monthly Featherweight Club started in September. Each session will start with a little history of the machine including maintenance tips.
Food will also be served.
Supplies: Bring your machine and your projects to sit and sew.
Date: Friday, Dec 16, 2022 (4-9).
Price: Each session is $25.00 including a pre-registration fee of $5.00 each month.
More Announcements:
- Classi Creations (classicreations) is coming to Paradise. December 9th at 1 and 6pm. Reserve your spot for $10.00. Lots of fun, prizes, special pricing, and a chance to win a B05 Academy Sewing Machine by Bernette. You do not have to be present to win but must have attended one of the two presentations on the 9th. Also, wear your favorite UGLY SWEATER for a fun contest.
- Project Wrap-Up weekend. Saturday and Sunday, Dec 3-4 from 9-7 pm. Open sew both days, come for one of both, $35.00 each day. Bring your own projects and all sewing supplies and food, call the shop to pre-register, and pay for your class to reserve your spot!
- All New England Fall Shop Hop is coming September 1, 2023, through October 31, 2023!! Stay tuned, more quilt shops are being added as we get closer. They have their own Facebook page and we are participating!! All New England Shop Hop | Facebook
- We have brought in a few bolts of wool by the yard with more coming in.
- Our annual “Bonnie’s Giveaway” is changing to “Bonnie’s Spring Fling” it will be held in the Spring. Rules are changing, more details to come, stay tuned!
- We have gone live with selling products on Facebook, tentatively biweekly on Wednesdays at 6pm.
- The ‘in-house’ retreat was a huge success, lots of projects were completed, and fun was had by all. Another one is being planned, stay tuned for a date!!
- We have started our loyalty program!! For every $20.00 spent in a single purchase on regular-priced fabrics and notions, you will get a stamp. Collect 12 stamps and receive 20% off your next single purchase of regular-priced fabric and notions. Or get 10% off the MSRP of Martelli notions and tables! Some exclusions apply and are detailed on the back of the card.
- Also, anyone paying with cash or check will be entered into a monthly drawing for a $25.00 store gift certificate.
