Here are some updates for the month of June!
The gift certificate drawing is starting now! If you purchase a New England Shop Hop passport for $11.50 each at Paradise, from now until July 4th, you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift certificate to our shop. For every 50th passport sold you get a chance to win a gift certificate.
Passport magazines will be available July 10th, reserve your copy now!
Paper Pieced Place Mat with Donna Vieu:
Donna is a certified Quiltworx instructor, and she’s coming to Paradise! She is having a two-part class to teach one or two paper pieced placemats, your choice. Class includes the pattern, fabric is available separately.
Supplies: You must also bring in your own machine.
Date: Wednesday, July 26, 2023 (10-3 pm) and Sunday, July 30 (10-3 pm)
Price: $75.00 Call the shop to pre-register and pay for your class to reserve your spot.
Basic Quilting 101:
This is a basic class to know how to quilt. Come with questions, the content is flexible.
Supplies: You must also bring in your own machine.
Date: Saturday, June 3, 2023 (9:30-1:30 pm). We will continue every two weeks.
Price: $25.00 Call the shop to pre-register and pay for your class to reserve your spot.
Foundation Paper Piecing:
Modern Triangle is a beginner pattern, but knowledge of basic paper piecing is a must.
Supplies: Must stop by for a supply list.
Date: Saturday, June 10, 2023 (10-2 pm).
Price: $30.00 Call the shop to pre-register and pay for your class to reserve your spot.
The Crazy Quilter’s Bucket Hat Class:
Description: Simple bucket hat pattern for beginners.
Date: Saturday, June 3, 2023 (10-2 pm).
Price: $30.00 Call the shop to pre-register and pay for your class to reserve your spot.
Ultimate Travel Bag 2.0:
Description: The perfect travel companion, this functional bag includes a comfortable padded adjustable carrying strap and quick-grab side handles, as well as a handy trolley sleeve on the back to secure the bag to rolling luggage. Zippered and slip pockets on the front, back, and ends plus a full-height zippered pocket and three more slip pockets inside will keep everything organized and close at hand. Measures: 13 3/4″ x 14 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ (at top) and 13 3/4″” x 18 1/2″ x 8″ (at bottom). Designed by Annie.
Supplies: Please call the shop and get your supply list. The supply list and pattern must be purchased separately. You must also bring in your own machine.

Paradise Woolies Class:
Description: Bring in your own project or purchase one here and learn some new techniques.
Supplies: Please call the shop to pre-register and get your supply list
Dates: Sunday, June 4, 2023 (10-2 pm)
Featherweight Club:
Description: Our monthly Featherweight Club started in September. Each session will start with a little history of the machine including maintenance tips.
Food will also be served.
Supplies: Bring your machine and your projects to sit and sew.
Date: Friday, June 30, 2023 (4-9)
Price: Each session is $25.00 including a pre-registration fee of $5.00 each month.
Paradise Quilting 6th Year Anniversary!
As we mark our sixth year anniversary at Paradise Quilting we are humbled and grateful for all of our customers and supporters.
The amazing friendships and connections that have grown within our quilting community over the past six years have left us inspired. Because of you, our store has evolved into a warm and welcoming space for all wanting to learn the craft. Thank you again for your continued support!
